A three-channel sound theater based on Felix Baumgartner's record-breaking jump in 2012, when he traveled by balloon to the stratosphere to parachute down. The story is told in real time during the more than 10-minute-long fall. The descent is illustrated by a Shepard tone, an auditory illusion of a sound with a continuously descending pitch.
